Eclipse depicts a journey towards the eclipse without ever being able to reach it, floating in space.
The different production techniques of the pile, from the various velvet pile lengths, the monochromatic hues and their reflection in natural light, emphasize the materiality of the carpet giving depth and solemnity to the two-dimensional geometries.
